Eight Weeks and Counting

There is about 8 weeks until the season premiere of NCIS 15th Season. You would have to be living under a rock (or probably some far off planet unknown to man)not to know there have been changes and rumors running rampant.

Just as soon as the rumors are squelched someone else brings them up again.  They could be about the end of NCIS to Mark Harmon’s Health status.  Tonight on ET Pauley Perrette will be responding to the ones primarily about her (I am guessing) and the skin care and why they are firing her (They are not firing her) but she is concerned that her job and her name could be sullied because of it.  Personally I wish they would. The writers are not doing her or her fans or the show’s fans by writing her like a spazoid and spoiled child.

It was announced a couple weeks ago (or more?) that Jennifer esposito (Formerly of Blue Bloods and Alex Quinn in Season 14 of the show) was leaving to do new projects with John Travolta and a few other things.  The reaction was mixed.  Some asked and claimed she was fired, others blamed her that she never is committed. Of course there are those are relieved.   According to the actress it wasn’t long term.  

There has been other casting news.  Two actresses (one would seem to be replacing Jennifer) one plays a potential love interest for Gibbs.   I have my doubts.  They last two (Doc Ryan and Lt Mann) were so cringe worthy that I kept turning the TV off when they first ran.

THis season will be interesting.  I just wonder if this will indeed by the last season or not.

This Week in NCIS World

Well hello my friends how are you doing?  I wasn’t overly impressed with this week’s episode but I was surprised by its ending.  Of course the reviews from various arenas are the same.  Some liked it some didn’t. Shortly after this episode aired Michael Weatherly was interviewed by a blog site and he posted to his twitter feed and he gave his views rather forcefully (dropped the F-Bomb a couple of times.  Some were disappointed in his choice of words others were fine with it.  Some criticized others for posting their disapproval.  That’s their right.  I wrote my views on this thread . However, by the end of this weekend after hearing “he is expressing his opinion and” and basically being dismissed for our own views I responded   here .   I did offer some support to Michael Weatherly on his twitter page.  Whether or not he sees or cares about it is totally different. What's been happening

The holidays have brought out the trolls again on the IMDB board.   People have been interacting with the latest one and doing okay but I think they are done with it.   I am not interested in interacting with people who come on the boards and say things that are inflammatory and become abusive. There have been some “Blind items” that really seem very cruel about a prank that was played on someone from NCIS and you can read about it here.   I expressed my concern and hopes that NO one on either cast would perpetuate any kind of prank like this. Discussions about the newest episodes including the 200 th episode are continuing on many of the venues I frequent.   Some are receptive for clips and some are not.   Some are questioning the once again use of the Kelly and Shannon stuff.
