The marathons

I just finished watching the last hour of the mid-week NCIS marathon.  The first few hours I guess included the season one episodes.  The 8 pm and 9 pm were from season seven and the “new to USA episodes” season 8 “Baltimore”.  There is another marathon on Friday.  It is something about romance I think it is called “Agents of Love” marathon.  That title should go over well.

The previews for Next week’s Christmas episode are getting mixed reviews.  Some wanted to have the characters DiNozzo and McGee be the ones to help with the delivery instead of Gibbs.  UH hello two reasons I could think of for this.  Mark Harmon and his character are the lead in/on the show!!!! It doesn’t bother me in the least that this is the way the writers chose to write this.  Big tough Marine gets to have the back seat of his hosed by a momma giving birth. :O

Last Weekend Chas Floyd Johnson was honored at an awards ceremony for all of his creative work.   Mark Harmon was in attendance to present him with an award.  Some pictures were post to this thread. 

Remember there is no NCIS tomorrow its Burn Notice all night long until the regular episode airs.

Last but not least I wish to extend my deepest sympathies to the family, friends, colleagues and contemporaries of the legendary Henry Morgan.  Henry Morgan best known for his roles on such entertaining shows as Dragnet, and M*A*S*H died today he was 96.  A full article (one of many) can be found here.

This Week in NCIS World

Well hello my friends how are you doing?  I wasn’t overly impressed with this week’s episode but I was surprised by its ending.  Of course the reviews from various arenas are the same.  Some liked it some didn’t. Shortly after this episode aired Michael Weatherly was interviewed by a blog site and he posted to his twitter feed and he gave his views rather forcefully (dropped the F-Bomb a couple of times.  Some were disappointed in his choice of words others were fine with it.  Some criticized others for posting their disapproval.  That’s their right.  I wrote my views on this thread . However, by the end of this weekend after hearing “he is expressing his opinion and” and basically being dismissed for our own views I responded   here .   I did offer some support to Michael Weatherly on his twitter page.  Whether or not he sees or cares about it is totally different. What's been happening

The holidays have brought out the trolls again on the IMDB board.   People have been interacting with the latest one and doing okay but I think they are done with it.   I am not interested in interacting with people who come on the boards and say things that are inflammatory and become abusive. There have been some “Blind items” that really seem very cruel about a prank that was played on someone from NCIS and you can read about it here.   I expressed my concern and hopes that NO one on either cast would perpetuate any kind of prank like this. Discussions about the newest episodes including the 200 th episode are continuing on many of the venues I frequent.   Some are receptive for clips and some are not.   Some are questioning the once again use of the Kelly and Shannon stuff.
