Condolences continue to pour into the NCIS Facebook page for the cast and crew of NCIS on the loss of Ralph Waite.  Requests for tribute episodes also have been given and a number of people insert the “BBC” mantra.  They were chided for it and rightfully so.   There is a lovely story honoring the characters of Jackson at     Mark Harmon Addicts .  It was uncanny because I was hoping someone would write this.  I add my hope that the writers on the show do equal if not better justice.  USA will pay tribute to Ralph Waite on Wednesday February 19, 2014 for a marathon. The fourth cast member has been picked for the new NCIS spin off and he is Lucas Black  According to EW he will play Agent LaSalle somewhat of a party animal and hard worker.  The comments are cynical at best.  I probably will give it a try and from time to time watch it the way I watch NCIS:LA. Can someone please tell me what FANFiction.net did to their site?   They updated their filters to include characters in the stories and when you are looking specifically for the pairing/characters you want they include others that you don’t want.   You think you are getting one thing and it turns out to be something totally different.   I really don’t like it. When Harriet posted the revised view alert for this months season premiere I sent a welcome back email and she emailed me privately and said thanked me.   She also said they really don’t get a very long Hiatus.    She also said that the weather/temperatures were very hot this summer.   When I asked her to send along Birthday Greetings to Mark she suggested I send him a card.   She even suggested I could get a autographed Photo of him but I am not sure I want to do that as Mom gets anxious at what she thinks is my obsessive behavior of the show and actor. Good morning every one!   Yes I am still around.   I needed to take a break from writing in the NCIS world.   I didn’t like the second half of Season 9 and I wasn’t real thrilled with the fandom as a whole.   Oh I participated on the various sites that I belonged to but and I remained respectful and all but there were things that needed to be said and I couldn’t do it then and probably shouldn’t do it now. I really loved the Thanksgiving Day marathon it was aweso me .   I got to see so me of it before the family arrived and I saw the last one before the holiday weekend started.   There is one tomorrow starting at 9 AM.   I think it lasts until 11 tomorrow night.   I will be a happy camper. Next week’s CBS airing is a repeat so I won’t be watching it-I might don’t know yet.    I finally got to watch last weeks episode there was so me buffering and stalling but I just muddled through it.   I have to retract my original “review” from Tuesday.   I did find the initial interrogation a little spooky as I could imagine that kind of discussion going on in RL. Hey all!   I think I am going through with NCIS withdrawals.   Any ti me the show isn’t on I get bored.   There are a bunch of movies that I could be watching but don’t want to because I have seen them so much.   The sa me could be said about NCIS.     So I have been trying to move so me Google alerts around and so me were about Mark, Cote , and the show.   I only read one this ti me for Mark and I even followed the link.   To this site it see me d to be a collection of things related to Mark. The birthday greetings continue to be posted at the Facebook page for Cote .   So me have been very nice and there is one that basically is crude.   Then there are several “Love the show”.   Yeah we get that or you wouldn’t be posting to the Facebook page. Bright an early this morning I received a Google alert for David McCallum apparently there is an artist who does celebrity portraits.   He did an excellent one of Mr. McCallum.   The Artist Na me is Daulle.   I have never heard of him.   He is from France and has done many stars portraits. My friend abbygibbsmorgan posted a cute 1 chapter story to Livejournal in the gibbs_abby community and on fanfiction.net.   It was from the scene from season seven when Mike Franks loses his finger from the Reynosa family. There is a great Halloween Fic from Hawk_soaring that she posted after she got her power back from the recent Nor’easter.   That is one I highly recom me nd as well.
