Now it really is gone


Do you remember when I mentioned last month about the CBS Forum?  Well as of yesterday afternoon it was offline.  The Facebook discussion forum is still alive. 

Our friends to the North of us got to see this week’s episode last night.  They seemed to like it and from the pictures it should be good…I have a feeling this will a moment that LJG will reflect on his part of his marriages failing. 

There are some stills from the episode that are really cool and handsome.  I will save them to my collection later.

A very interesting thread came up today on Mark Harmon Addicts Forum.  One of the members felt very uncomfortable with the thread and suggested it be removed.  She gave her reasons why and I pretty much can see where she is coming from but like I said there if we as fans don’t act on it and remember that this is residence and not public domain then it should be okay.  I brought up the incident that I really objected to back in Kevin Sorbo’s Fandom.  I also reminded them of the incident that occurred early in Mark’s career.

So did you read any of the fan fiction recommendations I made this week?  What did you think of them?  There are ones I have to yet read the slash ones for example I haven’t read.  I don’t mind the heterosexual ones but I have a hard time with the slash fiction.  I am trying though really.

I am expecting the same kind of “coverage of tonight’s NCIS episode from the regular Entertainment news programs that we got last week.  Although with Cote on all this week we may get more.  Then again this is also Sweeps Month so who really knows.

This Week in NCIS World

Well hello my friends how are you doing?  I wasn’t overly impressed with this week’s episode but I was surprised by its ending.  Of course the reviews from various arenas are the same.  Some liked it some didn’t. Shortly after this episode aired Michael Weatherly was interviewed by a blog site and he posted to his twitter feed and he gave his views rather forcefully (dropped the F-Bomb a couple of times.  Some were disappointed in his choice of words others were fine with it.  Some criticized others for posting their disapproval.  That’s their right.  I wrote my views on this thread . However, by the end of this weekend after hearing “he is expressing his opinion and” and basically being dismissed for our own views I responded   here .   I did offer some support to Michael Weatherly on his twitter page.  Whether or not he sees or cares about it is totally different. What's been happening

The holidays have brought out the trolls again on the IMDB board.   People have been interacting with the latest one and doing okay but I think they are done with it.   I am not interested in interacting with people who come on the boards and say things that are inflammatory and become abusive. There have been some “Blind items” that really seem very cruel about a prank that was played on someone from NCIS and you can read about it here.   I expressed my concern and hopes that NO one on either cast would perpetuate any kind of prank like this. Discussions about the newest episodes including the 200 th episode are continuing on many of the venues I frequent.   Some are receptive for clips and some are not.   Some are questioning the once again use of the Kelly and Shannon stuff.
